Is this therapy?
No. These sessions are not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

Do I need prior experience with Tantra?

Are these sessions sexual in nature?

What do I need for the session?

You do not need special equipment.
What if I feel emotional during a session?
Emotional responses can arise naturally when the nervous system slows down.
Sessions are paced intentionally to support safety and regulation. You remain in control at all times.
Is 30 minutes enough?
The 30-minute Embodied Reset Session is ideal for experiencing the work and receiving a focused nervous system reset.
For deeper and more sustainable change, 60-minute sessions or multi-session containers are recommended.
How often should I book sessions?
This depends on your goals.
Many clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions to build capacity and then transition to maintenance sessions as needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your session time is held exclusively for you and is therefore non-refundable.
With a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, your session may be rescheduled and applied toward a new appointment within two weeks of the original booking date.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling.
